Live chat not showing on mobile devices.

I configured the live chat for WOO site and it works fine on desktop. However the chat / icon is not showing on mobile devices.

Any idea?

Hi @SFI_trg I wonder if your site offers a mobile version or is it just desktop version?

Normally when designing a website you will have desktop and Mobile version where you can tweak the design for example

we have a responsive mobile friendly website... We do not have one mobile and one desktop site...

I meant just one site but that offers both versions as the picture I shared before, using this way you can tweak the design on your mobile app.

May I also know what is the web address?
