calls

  1. Ring Group missed calls

    So we have a ring group that is set to ring all for all the employee's at the front desk. When phone 2 answers a call phones 1,2, and 4 all have missed call messages. We are currently using v.14 but will be upgrading to v.15 soon. Any help on solving this problem would be greatly appreciated.

  3. ISSUE WITH INCOMING CALLS

    Hi! I am new to voip, and was advice from my provider to use 3CX softphone, my outbound calls are working fine ever since, but for the incoming calls, more often i get calls drop in the middle of the conversation. Please advice.thanks!
