  1. Calling external ph#

    I'm trying to call an external number added to my flow but it just keeps disconnecting. My SIP Trunk is Flowroute. When I call our normal from my IP Phone or 3CX App it works fine but not when setting up CFD Flow I've tried Transfer and Make A Call.

  2. Extension Forwarding to External Number Not Working

    I have inbound calls to a specific DID connected to an extension. The extension receives the call just fine. If the extension is set to voicemail it works just fine. If the extension is set to external number, the return call does show up in the call log, but the call is never received(no ring)...

    Is there a way to transfer someone in voicemail to an outside phone number? The boss has seen a feature on another system that plays their voicemail greeting. In that greeting it says "press 3 to be transferred to my cell phone". That way they never have to give out their cell phone number, but...
