    inbound calls gets straight to the voice mail

    i setup a sip trunk, i set up the inbound call to go to extension 100 i install extension 100 on my iphone, i can dial out, i can dial from ext 150 to 100 but incoming doesnt dial to the extension 100 going to a voice mail ( not sure which one) not sure why it doesnt work properly

  2. Solved Inbound call fails: 5 trunks with different telephone numbers and one registrar

    I have 5 trunks with different telephone numbers at a provider. All trunks use the same registrar. I can only use the first trunk in the list. For all others, I get the infomation that the number is unreachable. In the 3CX call log, the destination is N / A. Can someone help here

  3. inbound calls fail

    So I have green lights on the SIP trunk and I can make outbound calls no problem. Firewall is open on ports 5060 and 9000-9500 and came up greens lights on the firewall checker. What am I missing? I've run freepbx and elastix servers no problem so this isn't my first rodeo. Dan
