inbound calls gets straight to the voice mail

i setup a sip trunk, i set up the inbound call to go to extension 100

i install extension 100 on my iphone, i can dial out, i can dial from ext 150 to 100

but incoming doesnt dial to the extension 100 going to a voice mail ( not sure which one)

not sure why it doesnt work properly

Does this happen specifically with the iOS app? For example if you login the Webclient with extension 100, does the Webclient receive the external calls?

Solved:

I verify the sip is working in/out and needed to set up office hours

seems that without office hours it is not worked ( i do not understand why, as i just cancel it and it is working)

also i setup on voip.ms the sip trunk Registrar/Server/Gateway Hostname or IP from another gateway, and it started to work

it may be related to the sip provider?

Solved: setup extension to forward all calls when it is status away to an external number

open the 3CX on the app on the phone, connect the extension, change the status to away, remove the extension from my phone

all calls being forward to external number
