    Can we request the once you have rejected a call from a queue that the polling will stop for that user, or at least do the next poll after 15 seconds to allow dialling to commence.

  7. External Callers or internal callers do not hear ringing.

    Weird problem. If users dial an extension, no "ringing" sound is heard. If the call is not picked up then it will go to VMail. This happens to external callers as well if they are transferred. Any ideas?
