I wonder what is the app version and OS in the iphone?

Did you check the pbx event logs? do you see any error/warning event related to the call?

Using WiFi and mobile data is the same?

is it with a specific user or with any user?

Almost every iphone we use OS 16.
I check pbx logs, I dont see any error or warning its not reach phone ı guess because when app open still not ringing the phone.
I try local network and mobile data its give same result not ringing,
Any user result is same

Could you please in the extension the following:

Go to forwarding rules --- Available --- the field Accept Push Notifications must be enabled

Then go to Phone Provisioning --- 3cx app ---- the field Enable Push notifications must be enabled.

Validate that the extension is using the Available Profile.

Then from the pbx management console -- go to settings ---- network --- disable Automatically Bind to IPv6 Adapters and restar the SIP service.

Go to security ---- anti-Hacking and check the field SSL/SecureSIP Transport and Ciphers is enabled.

In the smartphone check the same does not have the DND enabled.

In your network since this is a on premise installation check you are using the google dns and allow the traffic to these domains

Then try it one more time.

Firstly before these ı dont change anything but iphone phone not ringing. I checked your solution method and everthing same to your result. And nothing changed. How to solve these problem.
