“ On Hook” and doesn’t allow users to change the status.

We have several users who, internally and externally, have their phones periodically sit in the "on hook" status and not allow them to change the status.

A while back we were inundated with brute force attacks which caused us to shut down access to port 5001. Just a little more info in case it helps.

Unblock 5001 and try again, it should start working.
