15.5 Pro license, can't set archiving...option not present

I'm looking at this guide:

In 'Location' I only have the path, no options for archiving.

What's wrong?

That might be a v16 only feature

Yeah I see it in my v16 instance but I don't see anything in the v16 change logs about it.

I dont see it in the change logs, and that document is 'live' and has no mention of v16

The transcription document is also 'live' and it mentions Google instead of MS which is definitely a v16 only bit.
