16.0.1.273 - Missing phones

After auto-updating to 16.0.1.273, half of my phones are gone. the extensions still exist.
Running on the linux distro in AWS.
Any ideas to recover? My last backup falls back to v16.0.0.1581

The phones tab simple shows phones that are registered. You might want to check why those phones are no longer registering.
