Hello all,
Would appreciate any help on this.
Running version 18.0 Update 3 (Build 461 )enterprise. Hosted by 3CX. I setup 3CX SBC on a windows machine and then followed the steps in the guide to add the SBC and the Grandstream HT801 for 17 faxes. Worked flawlessly. Customer had a power outage and after that only 1 ATA was registered. I confirmed that the ata's were powered up and was able to login via the gui. I attempted first to upload the configuration and then after that I uploaded the latest firmware. However with that I get the following error message: HTTP/1.0 500 Server Error Content-Type: text/html CGI Error
Attempted to send content larger than allowed limits.
I then attempted a reboot. I did this for several of the ATA's. I also went into the SBC and restarted the service. I also went into the portal and rebooted the 3cx server. After doing this repeatedly to several units I was able to get 3 more working for a total of 4. But honestly not seeing which thing that I did was the reason they started to work and have tried all of that on the remaining ATA's unsuccessfully and because it goes through the SBC and I am not on-site I have not been able to inspect the traffic to see the cause. I ran compare it on the configuration XML file of a working unit and a non-working unit and no major changes exist. Also it is set to check for firmware updates on every reboot.
Any suggestions?
