Solved 2 Numbers on one SIP Not Working

Hi,

I am using 3CX v16 on Linux I have one SIP trunk with 2 numbers on it.
I am able to make outbound calls as per outbound rules from different numbers on the same SIP.
I am NOT able to have inbound called on different numbers even though I have created different inbound rules for both numbers.

Inbound rules:
For No (0000001) -> go to Ext 2001
For No (0000002) -> go to Ext 3001
These rules do not work. All calls dialed to either number keep landing on first number i.e. Etc 2001

I am able to achieve the desired results on Grandstream PBX by making following changes to SIP. I am not able to find these settings in 3CX. Can anyone please help me point in the correct direction.

Are you getting any inbound calls or are they your only two numbers?

Also have you added the rules and added the numbers under the SIP trunk?

Have you added all numbers to the DID section of your SIP trunk and have you created an inbound rule per number?

Perhaps we can help if you showed us what you configured on 3CX instead of showing us the Grandstream.

The main idea is that you create an inbound rule that must match what the provider sends you.

If there is no match, then the system will act as a catch all rule and send it to the main trunk destination as defined on the trunk's General tab.

So if you set the rules correctly, it may just be that you are not matching with what the provider invite sends.

@JohnS_3CX Thanks a lot for the help. The link you provided help me fix the issue.

I was creating two SIP trunks for different numbers. Now I have created one SIP trunk with two DIDs. This solves the Inbound calls issue.
