2 Vitelity Trunks

Hi, I'm a newbie in 3CX

I have 2 sip trunks registered with Vitelity (Register Account based)
each with a different DID

How do I make each trunk use its respective Caller ID at outbound calls ?

we have a Dynamic IP in our 3CX Server

Outbound rules are independent of inbound DIDs. If you want control over what trunk is used for outbound calls, you will need to place some type of restriction on the outbound rule. For example, you could require staff dial 8 plus the 10 digit number to use one trunk, and 9 plus the 10 digit number to use the other trunk. Create an outbound rule looking for a minimum of 11 digits with the first digit being an 8. Strip the extra digit then send the call out the first trunk, or if the dialed number starts with a 9 and has 11 digits, strip the 9 and send out the other trunk. Alternatively, if you have extensions that are specific to one trunk or the other, you could use extension group membership to decide which trunk to use. This all has to be done with outbound rules.
