I understand that Paging via a paging group is one way audio but using the paging feature 1 on 1 with another extension is 2 way audio. Is there a way to get the intercom feature to work with multiple people? Or perhaps an easier way to dial a group in a more on demand style.
It looks like 3CX doesn't support this feature but if anyone can offer alternatives that would be great. I have heard that maybe a customizing the template might be able to do it. I also looked into trying to set up some sort of conference group without having an extension try to conference other people in.
