Solved *20* not working.

Hi All,
Did a new build in Gcloud and an SBC on site.
Client requested that *20* change to *30* which i have done.

Rebooted the server.

Since the server has been built we cannot pick up any calls.
We get the response of "no action performed"

Anyone ever had this?

I had a custom recently reported something similar actually.

What I would ask is if you go back to *20* does it work again? Also is this a global pick up or per extension group?

Hi,

I think you "crossed" it with the 'Change Profile Status' dial code which is *3(0,1,2,3).
Try to change them. So, if you need 'Pickup a call' = *30*, then change the 'Change Profile Status' to something that is not "crossing" with other dial codes - let say *66.

I would agree with @phonemaster on this one. When changing the dial codes you need to be careful so that dial codes are not overlapping.

Hey this worked like a charm.. i changed the Change profile dial code to *8 and it started working.
What a legend!
