This issue is only replicated when 3CXPhone (v12.0.37098) is only running on the Windows taskbar – if minimized or open you will not see the “pop-up” that is required for the Access\Decline\Divert-to-VM options.

It seems this does not work properly with the T46g (FW v28.71.0.224 and v35.73.0.16) but does with the T48g (35.72.0.255)

Results
T46g-

Accept- Does nothing – no answer (caller rings out)
Decline- takes the new caller and drops the existing call
Divert-to-VM- works, sends the new caller to VM and keeps the existing call intact

T48g-
Accept- holds the existing call and answers the new caller
Decline- rings out the new caller – existing call is unaffected
Divert-to-VM- works, sends the new caller to VM and keeps the existing call intact

How can we get the T46g to work as the T48g?

Hi there,
Question : does the extension have option / Forwarding rules / Available / "I want to be able to accept more than 1 call at the same time - uses Phones status" ticked? if not please adjust and retry.

Are the yealink provisionned, 3CXPhone provisionned using welcome email?

Hi Pierre,

Thanks for your response.

Same settings for extension with T46 (issue) and T48 (no issue)
1. Extension set to 'Available'
2. No Forwarding rules
3. "I want to be able to accept more than 1 call at the same time" - is enabled
4. Yealink T46 and T48 are both provisioned from 3CX
5. 3CXPhone provisioned using welcome email

Any other suggestions? Can you recreate?

thanks.

Wonder if this has to do with the error here:

Hello,

We made a custom app for 3cxphone to display caller ID and we have the same problem. It double calls the app only for queue calls....

Any 3cx folks out there that want to comment?

Thanks, Adam
