I currently use Public Folder integration with Office 365 to sync employees and have them show up in "Contacts".
In reading this: https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/office-365-sync-pbx/
it seems that functionality has changed and Public Folders may not be available in v16?

Hi Craig,

Yes only personal contacts sync for the time being: Office 365 users’ personal contacts are synced to their 3CX phonebook. Users can use the “Contacts” view on any of the 3CX apps to browse their synced contacts.

So will this return in v16? Not everyone has company employees programmed into their personal contacts - thus the reason we have a Public Folder with all employees cell phones.
This would not be as big of a deal if the directories 3cx creates for the IP Phones would sync not just extension but mobile numbers as well. What is worse is that on a softphone it does the opposite and picks up the extension and mobile number from the extension list, as well as the contacts list, and my employees cell phones show up twice.

I agree with Craig. We have hundreds of vendor/consultant/other contacts residing in Public Folders that we use daily. Please let us know when this feature will be re-implemented. Thanks.
