Hi

I'm using 3COM OfficeConnect firewall and i am not surewhat happens with ports.

If i open all documented ports there is no sound in both directions, but if i bypass the firewall al works.

UDP 5060-5061, 9000-9007, 5004-5005, 3478, 5482

I know problems with firewalls are common, but really that's all ?

Are you forwarding the open port to your 3cx server? If not you need to. I have all those ports open on my Cisco router and forwarding to my server and everything is working fine.

Almost.

Sound uses the 10000 - 20000 ports. Try open these (UDP) and it should work.

Documentation says that you need to forward ports to/from host of 3CX PBX (in both direction, it means make "full cone NAT" for PBX ports)...
