3cx 10 Unable to place calls

Hi there
Just installed V10 successfully ??? However I can place calls locally to extensions. I can receive calls from external numbers but cannot make external calls. Soft phones as well. I am using Grandstream GPX2000. Everything works except outgoing. I am using VOIPGO as a provider. I have checked just about everything... dialed 9 xxx xxx xxxx dialed xxx xxx xxxx am I missing something.. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

This is the error message on the phone....

404 NOT FOUND
Wrong NUMBER or remote party not online.

If I use 3cx Softphone.. just a destination not found..

Hello,

More information would be needed, is the provider registered? how do you have outbound rules setup? maybe even some logs would help us sort this out.
