3CX 15.5 sp2 recording bug

I noticed that when I go to the recordings screen I can not sort the recording using any of the top menu. I try to sort by date and nothing happens. If I try to use any of the other buttons (caller id, display name, source, destination, filename) and they do not work either.

I have tried multiple browsers, cleared the cache and used different devices. Anyone else having this issue who records calls?

The last update was SP2 which broke the recording sorting.

Recordings are there but out of order and not sortable.

Only way to use them is with a report.

Do you have a newer release, accentlogic?

Beside this, I'm experiencing problems with disk space on several PBXs. The disk space is wasted 4-5 faster than before SP2. For example 5 GB were enough for keeping 6 months of recordings, with SP2 a disk space of 5 GB is not enough even for 1 month. The average number of calls and duration did not changed.

Probably the format of .wav files was changed, but seems not only this. It is not clear what is meant by: 'Quota for recordings improved' into change log for SP2.

We and customers need ASAP a fix for the problem with recordings, either SP3 released or at least a patch. Earlier was said that changing notation from Service Packs to Updates will allow releasing faster fixes and improvements.

PBX is up to date, but I see not only me have problem with this and first signal about this problem is from may...

Come on, its quite important feature, we choose 3CX because this recording feature. We need patch for this.

Thanks jimbo, that thing with report is salvation for us, temporary, but we need solid solution.

Any update on this? I've attached a screenshot that shows the issue. Capture.png is page 1 and Capture2.png is page 2. As you can see, the recordings are not sorted correctly. I have several clients that this is a major issue for. I tried clearing out the recordings folder and starting fresh, and this did not resolve the issue.

All the information you need is written about. It will be fixed with next service pack hopefully. For now use reports.

As jimbo59 mentioned this will be fixed in the upcoming service pack. There is currently an Alpha release out if you want to test it but it is not suitable for production PBX's.

Thank you very much for linking me to the Alpha. Unfortunately the only tenants I have who are experiencing this issue are in production so my clients and I will have to wait until the final release.
