3cx +31 prefix

Hi there,

We are having some trouble with making outbound calls from within an application.

The deskphone, a Fanvil X4 is connected with the 3CX app in a hosted server environment.
When i dial 0611111111 everything is working fine. The 3CX app pushes the number to the phone and it starts calling.

If i click on the call button within the application i get a pop-up with the question: Do you want to dial 0611111111..

After pressing OK the number is pushed to the 3CX app. The app than places +31 in front of the number creating +31611111111
Now it's impossible to call.

Even when making an outbound source pattern (Source Pattern: +(31)(.*) Replacement Pattern: 0\2) i can't get it to work.

Am i doing something wrong, of am i missing something?

Any help would be appreciated.
