3CX 4/8 SC Standard Free License

Hi guys! Newbie here! Sorry for the silly question. I just want to make sure if I got that before spending so many time in a learning curve.
1) The free Standard 4/8 SC is really free? No maintenance fees, no hidden fees and I can I updates forever, even after years of use?
2) If my company wants to have several simple standard (4-8SC) instances (for example, on the cloud), can I get several licenses even with the same e-mail?

1) https://www.3cx.com/ordering/pricing/ . It's free until it's not free. 3CX has changed their license model over the years and while there's always been a 'free' version the size and features that come with have changed.
2) It doesn't matter where the instances are located. And it's once key per email.

You have to pay the maintenance renewal fees when the free maintenance expires (I think it's 1 or 2 years). If you don't pay the maintenance renewal fee, then you won't get updates.
