3CX Ai Receptionist and Instructions

I am testing a use case with 3CX for a restaurant order taking using the Ai Receptionist. I am using OpenAi for the voice. I get her to greet appropiately, she seems responsive for the first 1-2 minutes and then just becomes unresponsive. Thoughts? I wish there was Ai logs in 3cx to watch what is happening.

Hi,

There are AI logs that you can get in the server support info package. Also you are most probably hiting a rate limit from OpenAI due to working with a low tier account. See here: https://www.3cx.com/blog/docs/openai-rate-limits-ai-agents/
