Hi has anyone ever setup 3CX to work with a CUG (Closed User Group) system. I know it sound crazy of not setting up mobile extensions. The fact is that the business has Technicians (that are always mobile) tending customers. They were issued mobile extensions but end up spending time going on the internet and utilising apps as Whatsapp, facebooks, twitter etc and not responding to calls, therefore the Company Directors decide to revert to CUG system
