Working with 3CX and Telnyx.
Trunk is in "Credentials" mode and established - green lights on both ends (in Telnyx and in 3CX). When I am trying to call main DID (the only number I have) I am getting busy signal immediately.
All possible checks were done - OK.
Please help.

Hi, what is the firewall checker result in this pbx? also what is the result when using the VoIP provider checker and test the incoming call?

In the event log, do you have any error about the incoming call?

Hello, I am attaching 3CX Trunk check results and "Activity Log" during that test

What does the Activity Log show for the time period of an incoming call?
Does the call even show up?
If so, is there an error message?
If not, then perhaps your provider is not sending the call to the correct destination. Why, would that be? Is 3CX registering with the correct network information?

Do you have any other trunks on Telnyx? Are outbound calls working?

Activity log does not show any errors.
There are no other trunks on Telnyx. This is a brand new installation of 3CX in "trial" mode.
Trunk is successfully registered from both ends.

Is the Activity Log set to Verbose?
Does it show 3CX acknowledging that there is an incoming call?

In the voip checker, for the incoming call you need to get the logs, is there any call activity there? please share those logs.

If there is not any INVITE reaching the pbx then you will need to contact your voip provider and ask where are they sending the call.

It was set to "Medium", I set it to "Verbose" and repeated the incoming call

Use the voip checker, make the test for the incoming call and get the log from there please.

Also, better if you make a packet capture, start the inbound call, once finished stop de capture and check if there is any INVITE coming from the voip provider IP. You may filter the packet capture using this sip.CSeq.method==INVITE and ip.addr== The VoIP Provider IP.
