3CX and TLS SIP Trunks - Any working?

From my searches in this forum and online, I am seeing a lot of users unable to use TLS with their SIP trunks (including Twilio, Plivo, DIDLogic...) and it appears that it's because 3CX doesn't allow wildcard root certifications. My question is: are there ANY SIP Trunks that work with 3CX AND can use TLS?

Are there any future plans by 3CX to allow wildcard root certifications?
