Hello Guys

Did you ever tried to integrate a Service called Unigy360 with 3CX ?

What they do is they using their app ( windows ) which is connected to their SBC servers and when a call is made from the app they send an Invite to the PBX so the call shall be route throught the PBX to outbound

In my case the call is reach the PBX but no outcall and here is the log

Code:
01/21/2019 4:07:56 PM - [CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:

Never used it but it sounds like you'd have to start by adding a generic sip trunk and then configuring it to accept the calls from them. IP authenticated is the way to go for that and then you'd have to figure out how to take the number and route it out your current dialtone....

From the error it looks like the PBX cannot match the incoming call to a trunk so the call is being rejected. You will most probably have to go with what @cobaltit suggested and see if that works. Since this was never tested however there are no guarantees that this will work.

@cobalit and @YiannisH_3CX

I have tried to add an ip from them as a trunk and there is no more an the Unidentified incoming call

The thing now is that the call is coming in and goes to a voicemail but no getting out as the plan for that and i don't know if this is possible to do that.

The goal is to call from their app and then the invite that is coming to the pbx to some how getting out as an outbound call

If the call is reaching the PBX then you could try setting an inbound rule that will forward the call to an outside number or send the call to a dummy extension with the Ring my mobile simultaneously option enabled and set the outside number as the mobile number of the extension. Make sure that you have an Outbound rule in place to match the call.

Hello @YiannisH_3CX

Thank you for the idea
