3CX and VTO2000A

I've now installed a 3cx and the phones, and the client were very easy to integrate, only s.der the intercom VTO2000A with the SIP firmware (http://ftp.asm.cz/Dahua/kamerove_systemy/_Firmware/06VDP/SIP_firmware/VTOXXX / 201704 /) I do not get any further. I see that on UDP 5060 Packerl come to 3cx, but somehow the extension does not come online.

As with any SIP device that is not officially supported by 3CX, and that you have manually provisioned, you are going to have to do some detective work. What does the 3CX Activity Log show for a registration attempt? incorrect user or password? Some other error?

That will be the place to start.
