3cx and Windows 2003 server - Apache error

Hi! How can I install 3cx on Windows 2003 server?
i have downloaded the setup file and installed successfully,
but when I try ti access to web interface it doesn't work,
from localhost too. when I close explorer it says: "Apache error"
What can I fix my problem?
I install it on win xp and it work perfectly, but I need on Windows 2003 server

The problem is if you already have apache or IIS already installed on the server.
Then there will be two instances on the machine and a conflict occures.

There have been several discussions about this problem and there are at least equal amount of openions.

This conflict only happens if there is another PHP or Apache instalation. With only IIS instaled on server it should work(at least here does).
