3cx Android app not ringing in phone's DND even when set to bypass the mode

Heya. I'm having some issue with 3cx on my phone. When the phone is set to DND mode, 3cx shows the notification that there's an incoming call, however it doesn't ring, only vibrate.

The phone's volume is set to max, and it happens both with the ringtone option set to 3cx or phone's ring tone.

Phone rings fine outside of DND. I see this has been raised in the past but that thread is locked now.

I'm on a Galaxy A35, Android 16.
App version 20.6.0

I've suspected that, however other apps that's also put on the whitelist (Facebook Messenger, Zalo, or just normal phone calls from contacts) are put though with audio just fine. Only 3cx itself is having the vibration-only call notification

Hey there, thank you for the guide. Unfortunately in this case push notifications is working fine, it's just that in DND mode with exception enabled, the notification does appear and the phone vibrates. However there's no ringtone being played. Other apps on the exception list doesn't have the issue.
