3CX Android App Recordings

I used to be able to hear my recorded calls through the 3CX App. Ever since all this upgraded to v16 it's no longer there. Any ideas?

Using: 3CX Enterprise License
Google Pixel 2 XL Android 9.0
Updated 3CX v16 APP
Calls enabled to be recorded on every extension

For Recordings you need to go to 3CX Web Client. That is the right place with the right technology to handle call recordings.

Ok so how road warriors are suppose to listened their recording during a road trip , people like to records and be able to listen them during the road trips at customers site or anything else ??

They can check on a laptop. On a browser. Where it is supposed to be checked on - as I said many times before. Not sure why someone who is a Gold Partner now, continues consistently to debate this.
