I actually just played with this a little, looks to me like you set the role as the user and there isn't any provision for changing the role in different departments.

This is sad, because it prevents to use Roles model with groups (like a department) for fully ... like a model in MS Active Directory, for example..

Well we believe that an ideal user will work in one role in a company from a management view (for example he is a head of a Sales department) and potentially can have extra call-related roles in other departments (for example he manages a calls in Italy Support Department). Such roles we internally call "observer".

P.S. Admin Console is an app that shapes API in a certain way. The way we envision it. There's no restriction from XAPI or PBX point of view on different roles in different departments. But this needs to be done via XAPI and might potentially break editing of such user in Admin Console. Just keep it secret) And it is unsupported area I would say.

Can you give us a roadmap for the separate phonebook and outbound caller ID selectable per call features.
