3cx assistant and outlook RIGHTS

Hi all,

we have problème with 3cx assistant and outlook contacts.
it's only works if the user is an administrator or have administrator privilège. do you know solution to use 3cx assistant and outlook contacts in domain with restrcitives users.

it's on 3cx V8

Please tell me 3CXPhone version (the one listed in its About). We had an issue at one time related to what you said, and it has been fixed but not released yet.

i had test the version of stefanW 4.9551. it's work for my usb headset (plantronics) tks, but not for the usb speaker (ringing). it's generic brand usb speaker...

Well, if the administrative rights issue no longer appear, then we can consider it fixed. For Plantronics issue, please open a new topic for it, to can deal in depth with it.

I also have a same problem with Assistant, that not connect first time, but only after refresh.

We are currently fixing these kind of issues in the assistant at the moment already.
It will propably be available in the next assistant release.
