Hi,

Thus 3CX has a Auto callback Queue?

And if yes, how is it configure.

Regards.

Ok, I'm asking because there is a price for annual for the pro $ 145 nd there is also a $ 256 license is the $ 256 for annul also?

Regards.
All licenses are annual and must be renewed every year, otherwise they downgrade to STD 4SC, which is the free license but doesn't have Pro features.

Ok,

one more thing, i need to do a demo auto callback queue for e new client, i have the 3cx Pro install on e laptop and i don’t have PTSN line connected on a gateway for inbound calls, i have SIP trunk configure for outbound calls only, so my 3cx can not receive in bound call, can i still do Call Queue and Auto callback call queue whit out the inbound call configure?
Regards.

Hmm, it would be easier with the inbound routing made. Just get a test DID and route it to your queue, then use that to demo the callback.

Make sure your outbound rules are working in 3CX first to make sure it can actually dial out.

Ok, my outbound rule wokrs via a sip trunk registration so i can dail out but i can not receive any inbound call‘s because i no DID, i will chek whit the island phone company or can i use any DID company online ?
regards.

There do exist SIP Providers that offer test accounts with DIDs and I think that's what @ConceptsWeb was referring to. I recommend searching through our Supported providers and checking if any of these offer test accounts as configuring them and getting them to work would be much easier than using one that was not tested with 3CX.

Hi Chris,

Yes i understand what ConceptWeb means and my SIP is not support by 3cx, this true. and i live in the Caribbean Willemstad, Curacao on the north side of Venezuela. In this area not even 3cx cloud works, i use 3cx on premises

I will keep searching.

One more thing.

what is the deference between the license prices, one is $145 per year for Pro and these is also $254 for Pro

Can you take a screenshot of what you're seeing and post it here?

The first screenshot you sent is for a Pro License of 8 sim calls whereas the second screenshot is for a Pro License of 4 sim calls, hence the different price tag.
