Solved 3CX Bridging

Hi, We are currently trying to setup a 3CX Bridge.
1 is in azure(debian 9 3cx v16) and one in some remote site( windows v16 with static IP).

Under Event Log.


  • Registration at **************-Bridge has failed. Destination (sip:127.0.0.1:5080;lr) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.
    SIP Server ID: 12293 10/12/2021 9:59:12 AM
  • Registration at **************-Bridge has failed. Destination (sip:127.0.0.1:5080;lr) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

  • Registration at **************-Bridge has failed. Destination (sip:127.0.0.1:5080;lr) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.

Under Activity Log.


10/12/2021 9:59:12 AM - [CM504005]: Registration failed for: Lc:10101(@**************-Bridge[<sip:10101@**************:5090/UDP>]); Cause: Cause: 503 Remote end of tunnel is not connected/REGISTER from 127.0.0.1:5080

Via email notification

Registration at ************-Bridge has failed.

Destination (sip:127.0.0.1:5080;lr) is not reachable, DNS error resolving FQDN, or service is not available.
I did follow the 3CX guide lines.


IF i don't use the tunnel, the error will be unknown user.


  • Call or Registration to ************-Bridge has failed. sip:10101@************:5060 replied: 404 User unknown.; from IP************:5060
    SIP Server ID: 12294 10/12/2021 10:25:47 AM
  • Call or Registration to ************-Bridge has failed. sip:10101@************ replied: 404 User unknown.; from IP:************:5060

Oh nevermind this. i have fixed it.

oh a bit lack of knowledge on my part.. one is i put different virtual number.

And the machine i used got a host file configuration.
