3CX Calls via 2APLUS

Hello,

Yesterday I changed the operator extension in the PBX and made sure all the settings were correct.

We have 3 trunks
AU
UK
and Thailand

UK and AU calls are working but cannot call in or out via the Thai sip trunk.

We have tried to contact 2aplus but they are not responding at present.

Is the sip trunk registered?
What happens when you try and make a call? Do you get any error?
Also please clarify, is the issue only when calling from the operator extension?

error in the client Call failed, Not found
error in the dashboard
Call or Registration to 098415xxxx@(Ln.10001@2APlus Company) has failed. 49.231.xx.xxx replied: 404 Not Found; from IP:49.231.xx.xxx:5060

Just to confirm, calling from other extensions, through the same sip trunks is working?
How is the operator extension provisioned? is it a remote stun extension?
