3CX cant dial from Chrome/Edge or 3CX V18 Windows app

I have 1 machine that every time you dial out it I have the following issues.

Desktop App - Everytime you dial out the dial pad goes black.
When Dialling from Chrome - Error shows status_access_violation
When Dialling from Edge - Error Shows invalid access error.

I can log into the user from my machine and it works fine.

I turned off their AntiVirus and there Windows Firewall but made no difference.

Any Ideas

3CX V18.7.10 Webclient
3CX V18.2 Core

Can you download Firefox portable and try from there? I'd like to see if it's a Chrome / Chromium specific issue.

I will test this but the fact its also effecting that App, makes me think its not Chromium.

Firefox is fine but the Desktop for 3CX, Chrome and Edge all have the same issue.

Chrome Version 97.0.4692.71 (Official Build) (64-bit)

So if you install the App on your PC, and provision the customer's extension on your PC - it works on Chrome?

If yes, are there any hardware differences, any OS differences like Windows Updates? Maybe they're running a virtual desktop?

Really odd, there PC is Windows 10 up to date, nothing blocking 3CX or protocols at all, but it is 1 user WFH.

Also, how many users are working from home? Is it only this 1 specific user that is working from home that has the issue with Chrome / Edge?
