Solved 3CX CFD how to get extension status value refresh for a second condition

Hi guys,

I built a call flow to keep calls hearing messages and music until the extension is no more in calls. At the first condition, the call receive the right extension status, but after that the value seem not refreshing, as the call is not sent to the extension even if he's no more in call.

Actually I use "Get extension status" and a condition "IsInCall". Is it possible ? Do I need to push the information in a variable ?

Queues are there for this. No need for CFDs.

Sure I see queues, but I have the standard version, so I cant use it.

This is why I use CFD for service hours and trying to replicate queues.

How can I upgrade from standard to pro version ? Im on linux raspberry pi 4.

First of, you'll need Pro or Enterprise to use CFD apps anyway.

To upgrade, you can either use the new promo or buy a full annual license from a partner like us. Note that the promo is only good for 1 year so you'll have to pay after that to keep it on the level you want.

Good, I upgrade from standard to pro version, and the CALL QUEUE tab appear.

Working as expected, thanks for your time.
And just for your information, with standard version, I was able to upload a CFD project and use it.
