Hello,

I was wondering why the new 3CX chat doesn't have notifications besides sound. The old 3CX chat blinked in the taskbar when a new message was received, which was useful. Also, are there plans for having chat history saved?

Blinking notifications will be around very soon but chat history is in the works for a later time.

Yes in the 3CX myphone application of version 10 you can see your chat history and they are time and date stamped.

thanks can you store or pull up chat logs?

For example if i wanted audit my office users / staffs chat activity?

And is this only availble on version 10 myphone or also version 9 assistant.

The 3CX Silverlight chat interface is so limited that hardly any of our employees use it. While I see potential for it and would appreciate an all-in-one solution, there are several freeware IRC servers/clients that blow it out of the water for interoffice communication and usability.
