I have setup 3CX Click2Talk by following the instructions in the following blog post: https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/live-chat/
The pop up shows up in the website, however when I try to test a chat it states there are no agents available and when I leave a message it shows the following:
9529

I get the same error on both chrome and firefox. When I copy paste the click2talk link in a browser, it works fine and I can chat with agents on the queue. Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hello @Mwamba,

Did you manage to resolve the following issue? Most probably might be something relevant to network communication.

Please let us know.

Yes I did, when I use the link directly it works. But on the website it does not work.
Hello @Mwamba ,

One good idea is to check the developer console of your browser for any possible errors related to network traffic. Something network related might block the communication of the two parties.

Thanks for the lead, I checked the console and I get it's a CORS error. I uninstalled and installed 3CX again but I still get the same error:
9591

Hi @Constantinos Constantinou I have confirmed. The origin in the error message matches that of our website. I've checked in the advanced parameters and the CORS parameter matches that of our website:
9593

Are you using "https:" protocol? for your website

I managed to fix the error with help from @Constantinos Constantinou
I removed the plugin, added it again and then deleted the default Click2Talk item and created a new one. That worked for us. The plugin is working perfectly

Hi, we are trying to make click2talk work from a simple html page (not wordpress), using the instructions found here https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/live-chat/ but we have the same identical problem! Can anyone help us ?? Thank you

Hello @Marco1969 ,
Make sure that your site is https and that is configured in Management Console >Settings > WordPress.
On your site HTML code, make sure that you configured the phonesystem-url and party correctly. The phonesystem-url should be accessible over the internet.

Those are some basic verification steps that you should assure that are in place.
Please let me know with your progress.

Yes, I'm sure, you can see the attachment. Is there any specific door to open?
We quickly created a new 3cx Pbx using Goolge Cloud, before offering it to our customers. Are there any limitations with the Google Cloud platform?

@Marco1969 Any errors in the browser console?

@Marco1969 ,
On party property you have the full URL. Only the Click2Talk friendly name should be there. In your case supporto.

Yes, you can see the attachment

Thank

 So easy ??
Resolved !! Thanks your precious support, we got lost in a glass of water. I must say, the link in the attachment confused us.
However we are confident of having great new opportunities with this new function.

Happy to hear that issue resolved.
To be honest the installation guide has an example with party="supportID" and not the full click2call url. As a result the documentation guidance was correct.
We hope that Live Chat and Talk will be an opening for new potentials.
