Hello,

This just started happening where the caller ID in the 3CX client is appending ";phone-contacts=national" to the end of the number on incoming calls. It does not seem to affect internal extensions calling each other.

The Caller ID page in the SIP Trunk is and always has been blank. Could reformatting the caller ID resolve this: https://www.3cx.com/docs/cid-reformatting/

Hi @DPiddy,

This can happen if anything changes from the provider side and the SIP field where the ID comes in has changed or the provider detects and sends a strange CNAM.

A packet capture should reveal exactly what they send you in their invite.

Alternatively, check your Inbound rules if you have one that may have some strange characters in there that could be cause this, you can rename the rule to say TEST only, and see what happens in the next incoming call processed by that rule.
