3cx Converter

Hi,


I am trying to convert from a freeBPX but to no avail. I cleaned all the *.ulaw, *.alaw, *.g722, *.sln16, *.g711, *.gsm extensions - as discussed with the 3cx support but still not working.

Am I missing something?

Attached I included some screenshots of what i have in the.tar compressed folder. I tried to upload all of it here but it does not accept .tar and .zip was too large.




All the folders in those folders are emtpy except of any .wav file I found.

I need to migrate a telephony system from Freepbx to a 3cx. i followed the documentation provided by the 3cx. Took a backup of the freepbx, cleaned it and tried to convert it but to no avail.

There are 2 different guides for conversion so ensure you use the correct one:

Thank you for your reply. I followed the new guide and still I have the same issue heh :/

When I try to convert the compressed .tar file it prompts with an error: could not convert.
