3CX Delay with Softphone and Jabra Headset?

Hey all.


When using the Jabra Headset, trying to setup greeting message, we are getting a weird issue, its limiting the time on the call, and people cant leave a proper greeting message, however if we do it from the computer itself, or use earbuds/headset, or ANY other device, it works without issue.

Thoughts?

What version client are you using and which jabra headset?
Under the sounds options of the client is the jabra headset selected?
Also is the jabra direct installed and working on the machine?

3CX Client - 15.0.6
Jabra PRO 935
Selected, Yes.

Jabra direct shows 3CXPhone - Not Ready

It shows skype just fine though.
