3CX Desktop App Settings - Provisioning?

Is it possible to push a standard set of settings for the 3CX desktop app?

i.e Show the BLF pannel
Enable Focus

Sure can. It's a windows app so you can use normal windows app things to do so. Just not through 3CX.
