The installation of the 3CX V18,10.461 kicks the default browser and the default mail software, out of the options. It is not selectable and only a reinstall of this software was able to bring it back.
I was able to see this on different windows 10 ltsc enterprise machines. In use is Google Chrome and IBM Notes.
3CX was installed via sccm with the parameter: msiexec /i "3CXDesktopApp-18.10.461.msi" /q /L*V "C:\Windows\log_3CX_v18-10_inst.log"
