Hi guys, 3CX recognizes my Panasonic Phone but it does not allow me to add an extensión, I don't know why when I select my phone the option "Add an extensión" can not be selected. Can anyone help me? Thanks.10161

The phone is displayed under the phones tab as it sends a multicast message to the IP that the PBX is listening to but since this is not a supported device you cannot assign it to an extension.
Only supported devices can be auto assigned to extensions as the PBX includes a template for those devices with the correct settings. Please find a list with our supported devices here:

And, is it posible to register this phone if I upload my own templates or something? Or should I use other software? Thanks for the answer.

When not supported phones, it doesn't mean it will not work with 3CX but at least you can't use auto provisionning to send configuration to the phone, BTW you can just try to set it manually connecting to the phone admin directly , if it's impossible to use , you'll need to buy a supported phone.

How do I set manually? What do you mean when you say "connecting to the phone admin directly"??

normally on desktop phones you can use a web GUI access to set it manually, search for default credentials, often if not changed admin/admin, otherwise do a phone factory reset to be sure phone has not previous config on it and retrieve default settings

if you are logged on both phone and 3CX MC, search informations to copy from 3CX extension to the phone settings to register phone on 3CX.
Once it's done you should normally be able to use the phone, not all the features will work but the basic ones should
