Hello

I'm new to Elastix and 3CX. I have installed Elastix 5 on VMWare and my host OS is windows 10. The softphone on windows works well and through a web browser I can access the 3CX Admin Panel easily.
But The android version on my smartphone says "registration failed" and after that it says "Provisioning Error: Cannot contact provisioning server because of a network issue".

My laptop and phone are connected to the same WiFi.

What is the problem?!

Thanks in advance.

I'm sorry I don't know much about Network. I tried Bridged connection too. The IP of 3cx changed and none of windows/android were able to connect to 3cx. (both registration failed)

But in NAT mode, windows (the host) is able to connect but android cannot.

Quoting the Google Play store: "The 3CX Android client requires 3CX Phone System v14 or v15"

If you want 3CX Android client you have to use 3CX PBX.

The Elastix 5 is 3CX Based..

@Sopock I sent the welcome email multiple times. but I think that the problem is the network. It's somehow that my phone cannot see 3CX in my VMWare

Have you tried a different device or a different extension on your device? Can you access the management console from your mobile device?
What version client are you running?

@YiannisH_3CX As I have mentioned in the title of my question, the client version for android is 15.0.23 .
No device can access the management panel except the Windows (the host of vmware)

Hi Pooria,

No device can access the management panel except the Windows (the host of vmware)
Is the pbx in the same Lan? The problem is internal, please check your routing from client to your server, also please check if you have any restriction to deny any traffic on this server (vmware, etc...). Also please check the ip blacklist on the 3CX server.

Hi Pooria,

Please share the solution if you find it. Also, If you require any further information, let us know.
