3CX FQDN release accidentally

Hi,

We have accidentally released FQDN and now our phone client is not working. Can anyone advise how to put the FQDN back again?

I released it through the customer portal. Now both IP and FQDN showed "Released"

Backup without FQDN, uninstall, reinstall and pick the same FQDN

Hello @JianYong

Before re-installing try restarting ALL the 3CX services and see if that works. If it doesn't you will need to follow what @cobaltit advised.
