3cx - GOIP not working on v20

Good day everyone

I would like to have support for the following Case:


“ As you know we have installed 3cx v20 on our AWS and successfully got it operated, now all we need is to connect our Generic GSM gateway ( GoIP - 16 sim cards ) into the 3cx system to use it as our main call center app, we have established connection between the 3cx and the gateway but there are no calls are being routed either inbound or outbound to the assigned users, can you please guide us through the configuration? “

Hi there.
In v20, you have limited settings for the gateways as they are no longer supported from 3CX end.
Also for the trunk settings, you have a generic template that you can use but from the console settings, you have limited settings.
