3CX Hardware Phone and 3CX App or Mobile

Hi, Is there a way to stop my 3cx mobile app ringing when i am online in the 3cx app in windows or if my hardware sip phone is online?.

I know it works if we use the hardware phone hotdesk. like logging of from the actual phone. but how about when using the app?

Hello!

Yes there is, you can edit your secondary available profile, and disable its "Push" option (normally called "Lunch").


So whenever you log in online, simply change your profile from there to Available 2. This can also be changed via your app too, no need to log into the management console.




TIP: If you wish to rename the statuses to something more intuitive you can do so under Settings >> Options
This will rename the profiles globally for all users.
